Confirmation of Rental


Confirmation of your rental date and time will be at the time of booking.  At the time of booking, you are put on our schedule, we will call you 24 to 48 hrs before your event to confirm the day and give you a delivery window within 2hrs of your event.  If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible, so that we can remove you from our schedule and put the bouncer back into inventory, there will be NO FEE for cancellation.


"All Day" rentals are "SAME DAY" rentals, for a fixed rate for the day, whether you choose to rent the unit for 3 hours or for 12 hours, this rate is the same.  The amount of hours depends on the customer’s request and drop-off and pick-up times.  We ask the customer their preference in drop-off and pick-up times and do our best to accommodate their preferences.




ALL rental fees include delivery, set-up, pick-up, clean-up and sales tax to locations located within a 15-mile radius of Schererville, IN.


An "All Day" rental is required to locations outside of a 15-mile radius of Schererville, IN plus an additional delivery fee will be charged depending on the distance from our warehouse.


The following Indiana cities we deliver to include, but are not limited to:  St. John, Dyer, Schererville, Merrillville, Crown Point, Hammond, Highland, Munster, Griffith, East Chicago, Cedar Lake, Lowell, Hobart, Portage.


Depending on the delivery schedule, we may not be able to accommodate rentals to the following cities, Valparaiso and Chesterton, and there will also be a minimum $25 delivery fee to these cities.


The following Illinois cities we deliver to include, but are not limited to:  Crete, Sauk Village, Calumet City, Lansing, Lynwood,


Depending on the delivery schedule, we may not be able to accommodate rentals to Chicago, IL.


Fully Insured


We are fully-insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance for an additional fee of $10 with at least 3 days notice.  We can also list schools, churches & professional organizations as an "additional insured" with at least 3 days notice.




We can provide a generator to locations without electricity for an additional fee of $60.00.  This fee is good for the entire rental time and we provide the gas.




No deposit required.  We just ask that you notify us as soon as possible if your plans change so that we may be able to re-rent the unit.


Rain Policy or Winds above 20mph (no refunds if delivered)


IF IT IS RAINING or High Winds , unfortunately, we will be UNABLE to deliver and set up your unit.  NO charge to the customer.


IF IT IS THREATENING TO RAIN, the customer has the option for us to deliver and set up.  If the customer chooses not to have the unit delivered, there will be NO charge to the customer.


IF THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES to have delivery and set up, we will provide the customer with a tarp in case of rain.  If it rains, the customer is required to TURN OFF the blower and put the tarp over the unit.  When it stops raining, the customer can remove the tarp and TURN ON the blower.  NOTE:  If wet, these units get very slippery and can be dangerous, please use towels to dry off the unit upon re-use.


NO REFUNDS—Remember, it is the customer’s choice whether or not to have the unit delivered.  If the customer chooses to have the unit delivered and set-up, unfortunately, no refunds will be given due to the time spent in delivery, set-up and pick-up (which the units are much heavier and more difficult to maneuver when wet), and the many hours it will take to clean and dry out the unit.


Sanitizing Units


Our Units are sanitized before every rental.


Absolutely no food, drink of any kind, sand, gum, candy or silly string allowed in unit—these items can damage or stain the vinyl and cause additional clean-up, if the unit is found with such items in the unit upon pick up an additional fee of $75 will be charged at time of pick up.
